Eligibility

• Return window: 5 days from delivery.
• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, tags intact, original packaging.
• Non-returnable: Final sale, discounted, or personalized items (unless defective).

Process

• Request via Tehnoor account or Contact page.
• Approval and instructions provided.

Refunds

• Inspection upon return.
• Refund to original payment method.
• Timeline: 5–10 business days after inspection.

Exchanges

• Size or color swaps possible, subject to availability.

Defective Items

• Report within 48 hours; replacement or refund prioritized.
